Landscaping Committee
Committee Member:
- Kourosh Hadi
- Attend every other month board meetings.
- Management of community landscaper who will maintain all common areas within the community.
- Manage the irrigation company for annual sprinkler turn on, off, repair and backflow testing.
- The committee head should care about the appearance of the neighborhood and employ help to maintain:
- Front Entrances (2)
- Community Park
- Detention Pond Area
- Planning of a yearly budget for the landscaping needs of the community.
- Sending a Spring Letter encouraging neighbors to maintain their yards.
Committee Purpose:
The Windsor Estates landscape committee works with both contracted landscapers and individual homeowners to keep Windsor Estates a beautiful community to live in. Please do your part to keep our community in great shape. The following are required by our CC&Rs:

- Keep yard and house in good repair
- Mow, fertilize, and water lawn
- Weed flower beds and remove any dead plants
