Committee Purpose:
The HOA Board has formed the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) to review all plans by owners for the continued assurance of all properties for uniformity of appearance, use and quality in order to maintain our property values and high standard. This includes the location of any structure on the owner's lot, color schemes, finish, architecture, height, and impact on view from another lot or lots, appropriateness of the proposed structure and/or materials to be used.
The Architectural Committee would like to encourage our HOA members to turn in requests and plans for arbors, house paint colors, play equipment and/or any other outside structures. According to the Homeowner's Agreement/Bylaws of Windsor Estates, we all agreed when we purchased our homes to follow the covenants of our neighborhood. Please read Article 3 Construction on lots and use of lots of your homeowners manual so that you are informed as to what items you need to submit requests and plans to the Board and Architectural Committee. Please be sure to comply with these guidelines in order to maintain the high standards of our neighborhood and the value of our homes.
