The above Rules and Regulations have been established in the best interest of the Association as a whole and shall be applied and enforced by the Board of Directors, its designated committee(s), or agent(s) in a manner not intended or implied to be arbitrary or capricious. The provisions of the Declaration and By‐Laws and this Resolution shall be applicable to every Lot Owner, and the Lot Owner's family, occupants, servants, employees, agents, visitors, guests, invitees, and licensees.
HOA General Meeting Notes
2023-10-05 Meeting Notes:
- Meeting started 6:35pm
- Ruth Stolk was nominated by Kelly for Secretary board position replacing Raja (who is stepping down)
- Board members Raja and Roetta second the nomination
- Ruth appointed as Secretary of HOA
- Update: Sufian Dar replacing Siri as the Landscaping Committee Lead
- Icecream social event post review
- As per Kelly it was a healthy participation of 120 people
- One suggestion was to block the road at intersections on both sides from the park.
- Additional social event around halloween was suggested (Ritika taking lead)
- Suggestion was made to Inviting food trucks in the community near the park
- put in a vote to pick top food options
- put a plan together and send out information about food trucks to community via email/facebook
- Roetta provided update on park tree work
- stump in the park needs further trimming to avoid any liability (Adam volunteered to check and use his chain saw if needed)
